2025 Insurance
Hello Wonderful Talk On Clients!
With 2025 approaching, we just wanted to remind everyone who has a calendar year insurance plan, that your coverage will reset 1/1/2025. This means deductibles amounts, co-pays and visit limits will reset. Those who have met their deductibles and had services covered at a percentage will go back to paying the full allowed amount.

If your plan's coverage is subject to the deductible, all medical services contribute to the deductible. We find that many families like to spread out the payment of their deductible with us, because our cost is fixed for each week, rather than waiting to pay a large medical bill in full to build their deductible. We understand that every family's plan is different and every familiarity's financial situation is different.
If your insurance has changed in any way, or you were private pay and wish to bill your insurance, please inform the office ASAP so claims do not go to full patient responsibility. We also encourage you to call your insurance to check if any benefits or coverage has changed or if it is time for you to complete a coordination of benefits (please use the insurance/payment page on our website for a full script for the insurance call). Insurance issues (no coordination of benefits, wrong plan information, etc) may lead to placing a session on hold or the full amount being billed to the patient.

Please be aware that some rates have changed for 2025. These changes are all outlined in your 2025 intakes.

2025 intakes are also due before your first appointment of 2025. We will not be able to see clients until the 2025 Policy and Procedures intake is completed in its entirety.
