Hello Wonderful Talk On Families,

We are working hard to make sure that as many children as possible continue to get the the OT services they need. To do this, we are making a change in our OT session scheduling protocols. Beginning April 7th, all sessions that begin after 2:45pm Monday-Thursday will become 30 minute sessions. (Sessions before 2:45pm will remain 45 minutes). Elysse's current affected caseload will be contacted first (between 3/17 and 3/19) to make any adjustments needed. Then, starting 3/20, Jasmin's current caseload will be contacted to schedule in the open sessions. Anyone who is not able to be scheduled from Jasmin's current caseload will be placed on a priority waitlist and contacted when a session opens. As a reminder, all sessions offered will be first come, first served, so please keep an eye out for calls and texts from 330-846-1800. We will also be announcing a summer block (approximately 8-9 weeks long) with Caitlin, our evaluating OT. She will see appointments once a week. That schedule will be released soon. We understand that all changes can come with challenges, but we are committed to doing our best to support you during this transition.
