We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to take a moment to update you on the upcoming changes to the occupational therapy department. When Maria transitions out of our clinic, you will be placed on a waitlist for the next Block for the time being. Your insurance provider takes some more time than others to complete the credentialing process for therapists, so Jasmin is not yet able to see Medical Mutual, United Healthcare, United Healthcare Community, Molina, Cigna clients.Additionally, we are in the process of searching for another occupational therapist to join our team, which will allow us to accommodate more clients and reduce wait times.

We understand the importance of timely access to therapy services for your child, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured, we are committed to providing the highest quality of care and are doing everything we can to ensure that your child's needs are met.
