Created to help children build communication, connection, and confidence, Talk On is led by Calley E. Mitchell, M.A., CCC-SLP, a licensed speech-language pathologist and Kent State graduate known for her energy, empathy, and practical expertise.

Calley founded Talk On in 2019 to offer therapy that feels personal and collaborative. As both a clinician and a parent, she designed a space where families feel supported, where every child’s strengths guide the work, and where parents are valued as partners.

Talk On is deeply rooted in Kent and the surrounding community. We partner with local schools, family organizations, and community programs to make high-quality pediatric therapy more accessible. We participate in community events, share resources, and advocate for the needs of children and families in Portage County and beyond.​
